She made the whole process quick and easy with zero hassle!!! Got out of work early walked in the door at 3pm and was driving off the lot by 3:45 in my new ride! Will 100% recommend Christina and Texas National Auto Sales to anyone in need of a quick hassle free and reliable vehicle!!! 10 out of 10!

I was in search of a reliable used vehicle. I was little unsure of going to Texas National Auto after reading some of the reviews. However, I called the dealership to ask questions and found them to be very open and honest. The dealership is under new management. When I arrived, the salesperson was very helpful and found me a great used car. The process was easy. I will defiantly return in future when I am in need of a good reliable used car.

This dealership says they ”don’t have carfax” or other vin check software so they have the benefit of the doubt on not needing to disclose major reported accidents on vehicles they sell. I ran my own carfax, which costs $45 only to find out that the car that according to the salesman was “clearly never in any major accidents” had been in two major accidents, airbags deployed, frame damage, etc. When I confronted the salesman, who I’d been talking to for over a week, he said he’s sorry and he’d never seen the car. Pretty ridiculous. Save your money, and go to a reputable dealership where auto history is provided for you. They sell junk.

Was going to buy a car here thru their buy here pay here. Have a job its just the down season so my paystubs dont reflect my usual earnings Season picks up next week went here 3gs in hand filled out the app sent in the promisary note from my job was told i was approved but the finance manager wasnt in to fill out the actual car buyin paper work. Called today she wont answer text or calls (she used her personal or a personal number) called the actual place they are still waiting to hear something for corporate. Waste of time tbh. I told the girl my time constraints and everything. She basically let me know its ok to go somewhere else….dont waste your time… half the cars are messed up anyways cracked windshields side swiped bent ip dented fenders side panels etc. i was hopeful to come put something positive up here after all the negative….but save yourself Edit Ended up goin to jeslo auto def recommend them. they are an actual buy here pay here don’t run credit offer a warranty cars are 1500 down payment and up. Paid off in 2

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are friendly at first to get you in the door but once you leave with the vehicle they no longer care about you or the issues you have with the vehicle. I got a 2012 Toyota Highlander from them and the day after we got it. It completely died. Went and bought a battery for it because I called and the salesman that helped us said the battery was probably bad. Well that evening going out to dinner with family it cut off on us again at the light of a busy intersection.! Some guys helped us move it out the way. Now here we are 2 months later and it’s still giving issues. We took it to them to fix it because they said it was a fuel relay. When I got it back I was left with hardly any gas in it and come to find out the salesman that drove it around NEVER changed the fuel relay.! He just drove my vehicle around town and wasted gas.! Now it won’t stay on for long without turning off on me and my husband had to buy a bike to go to work because when I called they said since it was bank financed we have to take it up with the bank and see if they will work with us. The bank says to talk to the dealership or try to trade it in somewhere else and since it has negative equity find a dealership that will take it.! What a joke of a dealership and a waste of time.!!!! Please go somewhere else and stay away from this place.!!!!! All they care about is money.! No responsibility to help you when the vehicle you got from them messed up but they will gladly take your money.! Best advice I can give is to fix your credit and go to a better and bigger dealership. Do your research before buying from places like these.!
