My experience with Kelly Autoplex has been extremely disappointing. The level of service I received after purchasing my vehicle was far from what I expected. Initially, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, almost making you feel like part of the family. However, that changed quickly once the sale was completed. I’ve had ongoing issues with the vehicle, and the mechanic they work with does not appear to properly diagnose or resolve the problems. On top of that, communication has been very poor. It is extremely difficult to get someone on the phone, and when they do answer, the manager often responds as if you are inconveniencing him by asking for help. What’s frustrating is that when it’s time to make a payment, they have no problem contacting you repeatedly. I have even had a better overall experience dealing with JD Byrider, which says a lot considering their reputation. I believe customer service and follow-through after the sale need serious improvement. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and customers deserve support and professionalism even after the paperwork is signed.

If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. Since one star is the lowest option, that’s what they’re getting. My niece purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the experience has been extremely concerning. The first vehicle she received became inoperable within a week of purchase. After raising the issue, the dealership swapped it out for another vehicle that also had significant problems and was not much better. There was no real resolution — just another problematic car. To make matters worse, the dealership repossessed the vehicle without prior notice. She was never provided a bill of sale or a receipt for her down payment. There was also confusion about payments being applied toward registration fees rather than the vehicle itself, which was never clearly explained. Jose insisted that this was a “buy here, pay here” dealership and that they do not run credit checks. Jeremiah, the sales representative, completed all of the paperwork for both the vehicle and the insurance. She was enrolled in GO Car Insurance without clear disclosure, and shockingly, my late father’s name — who has been deceased for over 10 years — was placed on the insurance documentation. This raises serious concerns about how paperwork and insurance information are being handled. When I spoke with Chase by phone about these issues, he became rude and was unable to clearly answer basic questions about the situation. This entire ordeal has caused a great deal of chaos in my niece’s life. She put nearly $2,500 down on a vehicle she no longer has, and there has been little concern shown for the impact this situation has caused. We are reporting these issues to the appropriate authorities, including our State Representative and the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB). Buyers should proceed with extreme caution. Make sure you receive all documentation, receipts, and written explanations before signing anything.

Do not recommend this dealership. I was paying almost 600/month for my 2012 traverse, I did not start giving me issues until maybe 6 months, I put it in my own money to fix the AC that would constantly go out, I did not reach out to the dealership because it was a simple fix and I could not afford to leave it since I work full time. Finally after almost a year of paying and fixing it finally went out and I could not find what was wrong with the AC. I have 2 children and this dealership is by far the most useless when it comes to something that needs to be fixed on a car they sell you. They are quick to tow your vehicle if you miss a payment or miss insurance but when you need something fixed it’s crickets. I am an adult and I have missed payments as we all have at one time but for them to have me running around with a broken vehicle after I dropped it off to get fixed the mechanic left for 2 weeks and when they offered me a loan vehicle it was a million times worse. They put me in a van that overheated by the time I got home and was returned the same day. I finally decided to take my money else where and put it into something newer and reliable. If you’re looking for a dealership that works with no credit or no license I promise you can find something better than this one. 🫤

Staff was nice, and honestly we were desperate for a car, however the car sold to my sister is not a good quality car for the price she is paying. Trunk won’t open , car all the sudden will only go 25 miles per hour at times. Have called the number listed and get no answer. She signed a no warranty paper and we understand all of that but if at least make sure that the cars run so that you keep your customers happy. Was going to go back to get me a car after we got hers but I will be taking my service else where due to past experience and quality’s of cars given!
