This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. They installed mismatched tires on my truck and assured me everything was fine. I trusted their work, only to have the tires corrected months later after I’d already started dealing with drivetrain issues. They also checked my transfer case and told me it wasn’t the problem, which turned out to be incorrect. On top of that, my windshield was supposed to be repaired, but after more than a month of repeated calls and follow-ups, it still wasn’t taken care of. I shouldn’t have to chase a business just to get them to honor what they said they would do. The biggest issue wasn’t just the mistakes—it was the lack of follow-through and accountability. I expected honesty, quality work, and for commitments to be kept. Instead, I was left wasting time, dealing with unnecessary stress, and questioning whether anything I was told could be relied on. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this business based on my experience.
