Absolutely excellent customer service. The absolute most easy car purchasing experience I’ve been a part of! These guys will treat you fantastic. The vehicle I purchased was near mint condition with minor cosmetic issues. I checked multiple vehicles on this lot and they were all amazing and properly priced or better.. Vrrrrooomm baby
3 time returning Customer. I’ve purchased 3 Mercedes Benz which are in Excellent condition! PJ drives a hard Bargain! But he does indeed know the quality of the vehicles he sales. My husband Loyd and I purchased a S550 today. I must say we’ve been joy riding all day. The purchasing process is pretty simple. All paperwork was completed within 10 minutes. Pj is dedicated and passionate to customer service! His wife is very sharp and knows the business. Any time I pull up it’s a transaction. Guys stop by and take a look as a matter of fact ask for a test drive.
P.J was excellent, we went for a GMC Yukon 2013. The process was so fast & smooth. We love the car & we will return to Royal for our next car purchase 😊 Highly recommended excellent customer service. They did not disappoint! Thank you
I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with my car salesman! From start to finish, the process was incredibly fast, smooth, and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. What really stood out was how efficient everything was—he respected my time and made sure every step moved quickly while still answering all my questions thoroughly. I drove away feeling confident in my purchase and truly appreciated the level of professionalism and care he provided. If you’re looking for top-notch service and a hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend working with him. Five stars all the way!
Great experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal on a good used vehicle. PJ was great and helpful 👍
