Experience was very easy, very professional and the whole process was very quick. Got a very nice vehicle that I am very happy with for a good price. You can't ask for much more than that when shopping for a used car. The Cayenne I purchased was a 2011 model with only 84K miles, interior condition was excellent and there were only minor flaws on the exterior. They work very hard to make sure they only sell quality autos and they want that to be their reputation.

Mary was amaaaaazing. The customer service is one of the best we've ever experienced. She was so fast to respond and curtious. She gave us all the details we needed and helped us through safely buying a car from a long distance. Sergey was also amazing, when we had some technical mechanical questions. I thought it was so great that every time he touched the car he pulled out a microfiber and gave the spot a polish. Not a single car looked bad in their shop. You can tell these guys take pride in their work and their great deals. We bought a car here for my wife's 40th birthday and she has been so happy!

Great experience. Very open and honest. Clean cars, very clean and respectable office. I experienced difficulties with financing because my bank was in a northern state and it made for delayed paper work and payment. They worked with me every step of the way and not once did they ask for a deposit unlike most pushy salespeople that I have dealt with throughout this experience. I highly recommend this dealership. They were helpful, until they weren’t. I paid my deposit and delivery fee. Afterwards, they insisted on another $1500.00 in “delivery charges”. I then had to follow my gut and quit after their request for a surcharge to bring it into my county. I wanted to believe them but couldn’t anymore. I ended up paying the surcharge only for them to request another $250.00. Being transparent and honest is a must for me and they’re not that way. At this point I stopped contacting, even with James Wooten. He was not helpful for me. 100% fraudulent dealer.
