I bought a 2015 Jetta from this dealership yesterday, easiest car buying experience I’ve had from start to finish in my life! I called at around 2:00 on Saturday to inquire if the car was still available and were they still open. I was concerned about driving in the traffic for an hour and getting there late on a Saturday to disgruntled staff wanting to close. The gentleman insisted the vehicle is available and we will be here for you if you would like to test drive. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and the car was pulled around and I was handed the keys. No Games… No 20 Questions….No Rudeness! The 15 Volkswagen was a great clean low mileage car. When I decided to buy the car they had my paperwork completed and I was out the door with my new car in 15 MINUTES. Easiest auto purchase ever! I found the vehicle I wanted online and it was located in Dallas at this dealership, I live in Oklahoma so I wasn’t sure how easy an out of state purchase was going to be. It was simple once I contacted the dealership they started paperwork for my trade in and handled everything professionally with excellent communication. Super fair and honest people, I highly recommend them. I showed up and they made me feel very comfortable and processed everything super fast. They were very busy but still handled everything really fast. I have been to big dealerships several times and this place is way better and faster! I will definitely buy from them again.
