Was a phenomenal experience! Sergio was so helpful and well mannered. Took his time and explained everything to me help me get the best car available for a great price. Process as quick and easy had me out of there in less than two hours, even though it was busy. Was very considerate and patient when I asked questions. Highly recommend going to him if you’re ever at this location!! Did a great job got me in a vehicle and sent me on my way!!

I had a pretty good experience with Alex from drive casa. He looked hard to find the exact car I wanted but they just didn’t have exactly what I was hoping to find. I was approved with bad credit so that’s a plus! I ended up with a 2013 Honda. I’ve had the car for a couple of days and so far so good. I was disappointed that I want told about the kill switches on all the cars but again I was approved with bad credit. Overall I had a nice experience.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and experienced serious mechanical problems within the first hour of ownership. The vehicle began overheating and developed additional issues shortly after leaving the lot. It is now inoperable. The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. I have repeatedly called seeking assistance and have been unable to get a clear resolution. I have documented videos, photos, and records of my attempts to contact the dealership. I am sharing my experience so other buyers can make informed decisions. I hope the dealership will work with me to resolve the situation promptly and professionally.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. These people scammed me. I returned a car three days after buying it because they didn't give me an app or anything to manage my accounts and secure payments, and they kept my $1,600 down payment. Scammers! Just three days after the purchase, they made me sign a voluntary form to take the car without returning my money. This isn't fair. This is the worst fraud I've ever experienced. They are scammers and aggressive with customers. They got angry because I wanted to return my car. It's not fair that they stole my money. I want my money back. I don't recommend this dealership. This is a complete scam.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I PURCHASED THIS CAR WITH INSURANCE OVER A YEAR AGO. I DIDN'T COMPLAIN WHEN THE ENTIRE ENGINE HAD TO BE REPLACED THE SECOND DAY, BUT WHEN SOMEONE HIT MY CAR ON 11~20~25 AS OF TODAY THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT STILL HAS NOT CONTACTED ME! I have done EVERYTHING FROM SENDING NUMEROUS OF EMAILS, PICTURES THE OTHER DRIVERS INSURANCE & Still Nothing! I will be returning the car that I am STILL PAYING A CARNOTE ON & DOES NOT DRIVE TO THE NEAREST DEALERSHIP!!
