UPDATE #2: I'm really glad we gave 5Star another chance, because we ended up with a truck that we are very happy with so far! Moe made the sale easy and fast so that we could get back on the road. They have lived up to the 5 Star name ;) UPDATE: While it took a little while, Moe reached out today via text to let me know that he had actually responded to my emails and that the truck is still available. He's been very responsive via text today, so I'm going to give 5Star Auto another chance! I have high hopes that my experience will be better this time. Hopefully, my prior experience was just a glitch! I'll update my review once I have more to share. ________________________________________________ I found a truck that I wanted and Moe responded to my initial email on May 9th. I had a relative go do a test drive on the 11th, and I arranged financing that evening. I emailed Moe with a few final questions on the 12th, but he never responded. I called numerous times after that, but he never answered. I had family members try calling, but they couldn't get anyone to answer either, so I assumed he must be out of the office for a family emergency. Unfortunately, I just checked the website and the truck has been sold ;(. So disappointing!

Bought the car late March as a backup. Inquired about taking it for an inspection was advised unable to do that: Bought the vehicle after a test drive. Loved the bells and whistles. Drive it to Winstar and back after the first couple days, check engine light came on. After a few more days noticed an oil smell. Vehicle started leaving puddles of oil in my garage. Took it for service found out two gaskets near the oil pan are leaking and there was a paper towel stuffed up there. Repair for just what’s visible $1600, what may also be wrong would be $2600 total. I have barely had the car 3 months. The car is cute but makes me wonder what else may go bad on this self financed vehicle.. buy at your own risk.

Limited test drives. My family was in the market to purchase a truck and found at least 4 here that we wanted to test drive with the intention to buy same day. It’s hard getting the family together and off work on the same day but we made it out. After test driving the second truck we were told we could only look at one more. We chose to forgo looking any more and the owners seemed quite happy about and content to lose a sale. We were talking on the way back from our last test drive about buying the first one we drove, but wanted to make sure. There were three of the same make and model as well as three others of a different make and model. This unfortunate event is compounded by the fact that we drove an hour away but thought it was worth the drive as there were several trucks we were interested in and the online reviews looked good. Lesson learned. PS I’m positive that all the good reviews on here are BOTs. The quality of cars they have pictured do not check with what we saw in person. In addition the reviews mention excellent customer service and unwavering patience 🤣 we were run off for being to interested *****Update!!!***** And the response from the owners validate the points that I made. We were looking for a truck and trying to decide between two make/models. It’s unreasonable to pick one of the three Toyotas and one of the three Nissans to be able to test drive and expect the other four to drive the same. So glad that we missed out on getting a truck from this place, I looked at all the one star reviews and 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
