I drove over an hour each way to get to this garbage place. The staff are rude, just like other reviews have said. I came to see a Prius they had listed on Facebook Marketplace, and I even called ahead to let them know I was on my way. Only uppn arrival did they mention that the car had a code. They claimed they had no idea what the code was. When I asked if they had a code reader, they said no. I said I could bring one, then asked if they really did not have one, and suddenly they proceeded to grab one for me. I then wasted my time hooking it up, only to find out that the engine is toast. One of the heads is bad, and the car is misfiring. They gave me zero apologies for wasting my time. Let this be an example of how shady and shameless they are. They list a vehicle as working with no issues, and then you find out the truth after wasting your time. Under no circumstance should you do business with these scoundrels. Go literally anywhere else.

Honestly would not recommend la señora Rosie is really nice I believe she’s the mom But my car needed a battery replacement within the week I got it They replaced it but still who wants to be stranded by there new car Payments with them were always an issue Most of the ladies there are just rude can’t ask them questions about there payments or anything bc they will get super defensive Should’ve known that since the beginning when I was asking about the prices. Could go into more details about other issues but it’s a lot. Overall I don’t recommend, I loved my car not the services from Fernando’s team.

Honestly I wish I can rate it a Zero, I posted a review 4 days after I got a 2018 Dodge Durango, because the check engine light came on right after I got it. And someone contacted me and told me to bring the truck in so that they can take a look at it and asked if I would remove to comment. I didn’t bring it in to them because I didn’t want them to do a quick fix which I explained to the woman and It would be broke down the next day, with my kids on side the road or sum. Honestly I can’t believe I’m been over charged for a vehicle that’s no good. && I had to put $2000 on this vehicle already when I just got it . Got the truck fixed 4 days later, tonight I was leaving work and almost had a bad car accident truck stopped in the middle of the hwy… like seriously! I will see what I can do about this because this is ridiculous, I have kids that ride in this truck with me. No Mama && no I will not remove this comment I’m highly upset, I’m pretty sure theirs some kind of law that has to deal with this. I will be bringing this vehicle back as soon as possible….. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I spoke to them through out the day making arrangements to buy a vehicle. Called them when I was ten minutes away from the location to confirm my location and verify my intentions of making the purchase. I pull in and received mean glares from the men working in the yard and later a snare from the lady in the office when I asked why the car was pulled out and being serviced. She informed me then that someone was going to test drive the vehicle! Extremely unprofessional and almost aggressive environment. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THE HUMANS KNOW HOW TO TALK AND SMILE AND ARE HONEST.

Don’t buy here. The owner Karla is very unprofessional. She will REPO your car even if you pay what is due just because she gets mad and takes business in a personal way. They take advantage that they don’t report to the credit. So, if your looking for a car, save your time and money. Do not buy here. She will text you like a crazy mad person about the payments .. don’t get sick, don’t loose your job and please don’t die or she will take you to court per her text messages!!!
