This car dealership provides excellent customer service and quality vehicles. The staff were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. They made the entire car buying experience enjoyable and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

don't normally do stuff like this but im extremely upset and disapointed not only this Car lot but myself approx 2 years ago i bought a car from here and around 10 months later it started having issues and i got a mechanic to diagnostic for me and they confirmed it was the transmission, i had just finished paying it off and wasnt about to pay more money for a new transmission so i sold it to a mechanic who knew he can fix it on his own. this year i reached out to the same car lot (stupid of me) but because im so naive with people and the lady their has always been very nice i gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to see what inventory they had. i ended up getting another vehicle SUV for my kids and myself. first month everything seemed fine, second month it started feeling weird i got worried so i honestly just did an oil change got it new tires and hoped for the best by the third month it started feeling worse so i got 2 different close mechanics to check it out and both said it was again the transmission. i instantly reached out to the Car lot and told them what was going on because i didnt even have 4 months with this vehicle. the lady said im sorry bring the vehicle back and my husband will take it to a mechanic as well and confirm if its the transmission. they ignored my calls and text messages for a whole day when i was trying to know who to leave the car and keys with. i ended up just driving over their and parking the vehicle in their car lot and left keys in mail box. (Pics on the comments) Next day they never contacted me i was worried to know if they atleast had gotten the keys. i called ALLL day and they finally answered me (a receptionist their i believe) and she said the vehicle was fine. and the man was taking it with the mechanic. hours later the lady reached out and said " just wanted to let you know it is the transmission" and i said " okay so how are we going to resolve this because i do not have even 4 months with this vehicle and i will not be paying a new transmission so is their anyway i can get another vehicle or how can we work this out" she instantly said you signed a no warranty " (I did) so i did tell her that i understood that but its completely unfair how i didnt even have 4 months with this vehicle and this is also the second time they sell me a vehicle with the transmission messed up . she stated she would speak with her husband and call me back (she never did i had to again keep blowing this people up with different phones) the husband/owner finally answered me and basically said "its the transmission and the direction and im not going to give you another car because its your fault because it looks like you hit the car before" absoloutely NOT ! never hit the vehicle and i was trying to really take care of it. i told him " I did not hit the vehicle and with all the respect i am not a dumbass so you will not be recieving any more money from me for this vehicle i rather pay to see you in court" and he said "Perfect" and hung up. Now I’m in the process of suing this company

Just bought a car barley two months ago and car already stopped running.. I noticed when I bought car and put gas in that it barley wanted to start over.. but she said I bought car with check engine light on for 5000 dollars.. now me and my kids back to not having a vehicle and 5000 dollars gone

Drove 3 cars on 2/7/26 and was not impressed. The first car looked nice but had serious issues and thought it was going to break down during the test drive. The 2nd car had an obvious blown head gasket. The 3rd car he said he changed the head gasket but there was milky white under the oil cap and a ton of blow back when taking off the cap on the motor so the head gasket was definitely still bad. Good try at swindling us though.

Never again!! Ive had nothing but issues with the car I bought from Alamo. First week I had it, it failed me. They fixed it and then another seperate issue. I just paid 700 bucks to replace the entire radiator system among other issues. Be very aware from these dealers and never ever again!
