Today I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle and I am writing this review because had an excellent car-buying experience thanks to Jonathan and his manager, Marco. From start to finish, they made the entire process simple, stress-free, and easy to understand. Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. Marco went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and worked hard to get me the best possible deal. Their customer service was outstanding, and I never felt pressured at any point during the process. Jonathan is the best!!!! This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I saw a vehicle I like online and submitted an application. Jonathan was excellent with his communication and transparent. It was so easy, zero stress. The down payment and monthly payments are lower than I was expecting, also. Jonathan was so kind and laid back. It was a great and smooth experience overall. I’m so appreciative of Jonathan.

I had a pretty good experience with Alex from drive casa. He looked hard to find the exact car I wanted but they just didn’t have exactly what I was hoping to find. I was approved with bad credit so that’s a plus! I ended up with a 2013 Honda. I’ve had the car for a couple of days and so far so good. I was disappointed that I want told about the kill switches on all the cars but again I was approved with bad credit. Overall I had a nice experience.

This car lot in Dallas is the worst I’ve ever been to. Don’t even think about buying a car from here. It’s been almost six months, and my car is still in the shop, 2 and 3weeks at a time with no results ……I haven’t even driven it 1,000 miles, and the miles keep increasing every time I drop it off(almost 92,000 miles) . They claim they’ve already replaced two transmissions, but it’s still jerking. I took the car to a Jeep dealer (as one of the manager suggested), and they said the car has metal flakes in the fluids causing the jerking. They also claimed the Jeep diagnostic information was fake and that the color of the transmission fluid they showed wasn’t that color. But the guy told me it just looks that way and that’s how they test and took pictures to see flakes. But here’s the kicker: they said the car needs motor mounts, which I changed after they told me I had to pay for it. After the second transmission was placed, less than 30 days later, they’re saying I needed motor mounts again and that there was nothing wrong with the transmission. They want me to pay again for them and refuse to fix the transmission as if they don’t feel the jerking. It’s 4,000 miles on my car, and I normally keep it for about a week and return it every time. I work 10 minutes from my house and never take it anywhere else because I’m too afraid it will break down in traffic. The service department people on Northwest Highway will continue to deceive you in every way possible. They don’t care that the car started jerking three days after I purchased it. They continue to put you on hold for hours at a time , hang up on you , get attitudes , and treat you as if you’re doing something wrong over then asking for help . They have a 10,000-mile warranty on almost everything, including the air conditioning, and I still don’t have a/c . These people at Northwest service department location are disrespectful and care nothing about helping you.i never raised my voice or talk bad to anyone but they just keep giving you the run around and keep advising me to just leave the car and basically forget about it , if they were me . But this is something going on my credit as a repo again right ? Bravo Acceptance just wants their payment every two weeks , they make fake notes and call one hour later , I Direct them right to service department every time, as long as it’s in the shop they have to skip the payment I guess, I’ve only made about 6 payments in this time because it’s always in the shop. I have so much to say and I’m all over the place but I hope yall get the picture… I have a book about this place 😭 Even though I took the car two hours away to their other service department in Waco, Texas, they still wrote on the diagnostic paperwork that they need to warranty the transmission out again at their location, the air conditioning needs service, and they start with motor mounts again. They refuse to fix it, saying it just needs mounts that should pay for again , and it’s not having transmission issues again. They say I should fix mounts again then they will take another look at the transmission…They really are a joke at the service department. But I guess they doing their job and what they are told to tell me and do . I’m so glad I didn’t take a picture when I bought the car and write a 5 star review about how great and easy it was to get the car from them . I told the sale guy I would never do a review before I have the experience… the emotional stress I have had . Someone will pay for this ! It’s so much more etc…….
