I bought my car from him in 2019. The car had some problems when i went to pick it up. Right to this day I haven't received my title for my car that i paid cash for. I thought this place had good customer service and very polite, but my experience with them isn't all that great. Maybe if they would send me my title i would change my mind!

We were subjected to a relentless, high-pressure sales pitch for extended warranties, fabric protection, and a ridiculously overpriced security system. When we politely declined, the manager's attitude turned cold and he became very short with us. What should have been the exciting final step of buying a car felt like a stressful shakedown. It left such a sour taste that it overshadowed the entire purchase. Think twice before you step into that office.

I traveled over an hour to see a specific used SUV that was advertised on your website at a great price and with low mileage. When I arrived, the salesperson (I won't name names) told me that particular vehicle had "just been sold." Shockingly, he then tried to steer me toward a much older, higher-mileage model that was thousands of dollars more. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. You lure customers in with a car that doesn't exist to push your less desirable inventory. A complete waste of my time and gas. I will not be returning and would advise others to be very cautious of the listings on your site.

Bought a used car from Ross Rides two weeks ago. I noticed a persistent rattling noise from the front end during the test drive, but was assured it was "nothing serious" and that their mechanics had done a full inspection. Fast forward to now, the noise is worse. I've called three times to speak with the sales manager about it, and each time I'm told he's "in a meeting" and will call me back. He never does. It's clear they have zero interest in supporting their customers after they have their money. The car feels misrepresented and now I'm stuck with a repair bill. Do not trust their "inspections" or their promises.
