Had a great experience. Gricelda helped me get into the car I wanted. Was in and out, treated very respectfully and all questions I had were answered. I am very grateful, I was really in need of a vehicle it was time to retire the car I had. Having poor credit was not an issue, and they even worked with me as far as the down payment. Would definitely refer to Kyle Chapman.

Claire Knapp is an excellent sales lady!!. She actually took the time to explain everything to me, step by step, and to make sure that I understood everything. She went beyond and above to ensure that we had the greatest experience possible. We are just everyday average people trying to get by in the world. And it's nice to know that somebody still cares. I would definitely recommend this car dealership. It was very smooth, in and out.

Easy credit app not a big car selection. You pay ever 2 wks . Only thing if someone refers you make sure they put it in the system. Someone referred me I got a call asking me for all the info he did as well and they refused to give him referral. They said salesperson no longer worked there and she did not put in the system. I even sent them texts as proof. They told me to call her. But there is a warranty on some things for 18000 miles which is a plus for used car. The service department is awesome.

This is a review from someone who has had three different car loans with them over 10 years. I'll start with the positive. If you want an easy way to get approved for financing and a car, this is the place. However, don't expect any good customer service or loyalty to its customers. They have an option where you can make part of the down payment delayed, and I had to use this option. I had to be a little late on the down payment, and they turned the car off, and it sat in my driveway for 4 days, knowing that Uber is the only way I can make money, and I could have made the money if they had just turned it back on, but they refused to, and it did nothing for 4 days. I told them my only income was from Uber, and they really didn't care. It was almost as if they purposely wanted the car back to resell it. Keep in mind, this is after having three different car loans with them, and it's sitting in my driveway for 4 days, and they were very unsympathetic. My suggestion is to not use them.

Literally one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. If you pay ahead you’re reprimanded, the communication is horrible, the employees would rather have a screaming match on the phone versus hearing what you have to say. YVONNE AND THE LADYS THAT ANSWER THE PHONE IN THE FRONT. I highly recommend you stay away. Also if you’re late they shut your car off with no notice. Payments are biweekly so they are here to take everything away from you. Being a customer for over a year that communicates this company disgusts me period.
