I had an amazing car buying experience with Next 1 Auto there on 5410 Airport Blvd, Austin 78751. I am an older female, and I am not comfortable dealing with buying a car or interacting with car sales people. However, this was the most relaxing, positive experience I’ve had in purchasing a car. For two days I had been shopping on the Internet. When I saw the price listed on the Toyota I wanted - I knew it was about $3000 less than most dealers were asking. José Perez Miranda was relaxed, and “non-salesy.” He was generous with his time as I had lots of questions about how things work, and how they were manufactured. He also took the time to answer every question I had about how things worked on the dashboard. Because I asked, he shared that he had been buying, repairing and selling cars since the age of 18 when he also worked full-time for his father in construction. He likes to buy cars and trucks with long lasting motors and long-term resale value. After a car has been on his lot 30 days he is inclined to dramatically drop the price to get it sold and put another car in its place on the lot. I benefited from his recent price drop. I brought that car to my personal mechanic to check it out. He said it was clean and in perfect condition inside and out. My mechanic was impressed with the car and the price. Best car buying experience ever! We have bought many cars over the years and this dealership is by far the best! We completed the purchase completely online and had the car transported. The pictures were amazing, but the actual car was even better! Jose is amazing-very helpful, responds quickly, and has streamlined the process perfectly! I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely check back when we need another car!
