I love all the ladies there. Bonnie and Kerisha are amazing. I have had 2 vehicles with them. They work with me anytime I need it. Always helpful and alway have a answer. I would definitely recommend Instant Auto to anyone. THE WOMEN THERE ARE SO HELPFUL!! Bonnie helps me when dealing with payments and Kerisha helps me payments and oil changes. Which the offer free oil changes on all there vehicles as long as you have it financed. Oil changes are fast. Love Instant auto in west memphis.

My husband is hearing impaired and got a vehicle from here something happened with the motor. He was told that they would fix it but he had to pay 1500 down so he did, and was told his payments were on hold until the first payment day after the truck was fixed (which we have in writing) A month went by then he was told that he would have to pay another 800 something down for alternator and belt he did. So after almost another 3 weeks he was then told the motor they bought was not working and to give them time. So here we are at the 2 month mark and now he gets a letter about repossession after they have had the truck for 2 months and have constantly lied. They refused to talk to me and his mother because he was hearing impaired and they wanted to take advantage of him. So now they are selling the vehicle that they kept lying about for 2 months when we have paper work stating he didn’t have to make payments till the vehicle was fixed but they claim he was behind. So guess what a lawyer and lawsuit see you soon!!!!

Worst car buying experience anyone could ever have, brought a truck with warranty. Second day of having truck motor mess up, they won't honor warranty.

Do not buy for here only lemmons can't say I didn't warn you 🤬🤬
