Great place with even better employees. Sales staff were very courteous and professional at all times and very patient with me throughout the buying process. They actually listen to you as to what you want versus just trying to sell a vehicle. I have read a lot of reviews from customers citing bad experiences or vehicles but I haven’t had any major problems with my vehicle as of yet. I will say this however seeing that this is a used car lot I would like to suggest to anyone looking to purchase a used car rather it be from Pyramid or somewhere else to purchase a warranty to prevent costly repairs. I can’t wait to get mine paid off so I can purchase another one

These people first off lied about fixing the air that THEY told me about before purchasing when it was time to fix the air I was given the runaround telling me to come back several times til when they actually had a date they made it like I was too late past the days they give you to service which was a scam! Because how am I on a time limit about something you already told me was a guaranteed fix! All the way up to me having this vehicle almost a year someone wrecked my parked car and my insurance paid them the totaled fees on it and they didn’t even communicate they received a check I had to ask because this the first month I was extremely behind and they came and tow’d my vehicle in the snow it’s still a sheet of ice where I live!!!! I had just communicated with them my hardship the day before!!!!! So everything is cool as long as you pay them but on servicing vehicles they rude and tough about their own cars all they want is money of course just wanted to let that be known yall be careful with thinking about getting a car from them because the sweet deal lies are real they just want money! He told me before I signed the papers they make sure all their customers are comfortable driving their vehicles and all cars are serviced in house and that was the first lie the mane said they barely had mechanics how is that my problem? Just like I guess my hardship not they problem right? Anybody know a lawyer I’m seeking one thank you!

Purchased this car in August around this time the first week of having the car the gears wouldn’t shift properly then it was a leak. So we took it there and the fixed the leak however they told us it will be two months before they can fix the gears. Now two months come they tell use that the car is as is and we have to take it to a shop. They gave us a reference shop and they tried to charge us 3,000 for it. So we asked if we could trade it in or give it back they told us we stay had to pay on it. Now we missed one payment the whole time we had the car and this Morning August 25 they come to pick up the car. The car is worth 2220 but we are paying 7,000 for it. It’s sad I will never get a car from there again. The worst place I’ve ever felt with. First they tell us we can go ahead pay the car note that’s past due but then I’m was still in repo. Mind you if I paid them they still was gone come get the car and take our Money! So until you know that this car is good don’t purchase it because they are going to half fix it and sale it to someone else. Good luck
