Best service hands down! I was literally down on my luck today and they saved the day. My wrecker driver was Cedric. Call them if you need help. They came in 20 minutes after the other wrecker company left me stranded for hrs.

Like you were at your auntie or grandma’s house waiting for that apple pie and ice cream. Joe the driver was knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and thoroughly explained everything in detail before he did it. We were so pleased with the dispatch contact and they were extremely professional. Both my son and I recognized how professional the dispatch was. We are grateful for very solid experience with UPG.

I called the pep boys 1-800 number to have my wife's car towed to pep boys. Their dispatch was great. They called me as soon as they got the ticket, kept me up to date on when the driver would be at my vehicle to tow it. The driver got to my vehicle and could not get into my driveway to get the car. He told me his truck was too low and did not want to damage my driveway. I called dispatch and explained what was going on. She promptly told me she would get another driver out to get my vehicle. They have stayed in touch the whole way through this.

Allstate had them coming to pick up my motorcycle after it broke down, and they just left it on the side of the road because “they didn’t have the straps to strap it down”. They did NOT notify me of this - I had to contact them to find out they left my bike on the side of the road. In the meantime, my bike was stolen. If they’d been a competent towing company, I’d still have my bike. Worthless company.

Requested a tow home on my vehicle I got home and saw where they damaged the whole rear end of my car. I do have security cameras on my property. Very unprofessional (Why lie In your response below) I have security footage from my camera’s hard-rive and I’m getting legal representation . It’s a reason why your business have 2 stars (Simone)
