I had taken my Stinger to Serra Kia of Jackson for a recall. They expected me to pay 400.00 for the recall due to supposed "extra" time that it would take to complete the recall. I refused! I took my car to Gossett Kia on Covington Pike on yesterday and got the recall completed FREE of charge like recalls are supposed to be. They provided me an Uber to and from my appointment. Trevor provided excellent customer service and communicated with me throughout the entire process. If you want EXCELLENT SERVICE it is worth the drive to Memphis to experience what exemplary service feels like. I will always go to Gossett Kia on Covibgton Pike for any services for my Stinger. They have a customer for life! Serra could learn a lot from the Gossett Service Department.

The service department is completely pathetic; they will leave your vehicle with more problems than it arrived with. The ONLY reason we bring our Jeep to Gossett is for warranty work, I wouldn’t trust them for anything else. EVERY SINGLE TIME they touch it we have to bring it right back as there’s multiple new sensor issues that we have.

Purchased a used car from them. They were clearly in a hurry to sell this car as they dropped the asking price by about 40% as I was talking to them. They lied about the features, which, granted, that's my fault for not checking. They lied about its accident record. Carfax revealed no accident either. But after years of ownership, I found they had done multiple repairs on this car, including using non-OEM parts to cheap out, as well as using body filler straight over bare metal instead of using epoxy primer over the metal first. No adhesion promotor on non-metal parts. So paint is peeling in areas where that wasn't done properly. And rust is eating its way up through the body filler because their repair shop didn't know to put down epoxy primer first. There were a lot of other problems with the car. They charged me for a diagnostic that they never did, which was evident when I ended up actually fixing the issues the car had. Luckily, I'm able to repair all of this, so it's not a big deal to me. It does, however, tell you the level of integrity this dealership has. If you can't build a car from scratch, like I can, engine builds, transmission builds, welding, body work, etc, then do not buy a used car from this dealership. I can't comment on their new cars. Also, previously, when I reached out to them about these issues, they said too bad about the diagnostic, that's how it goes. Oh and, is it possible the previous owner did all of this? Sure. It's possible. Unlikely, given the fact that you can see the peeling paint, which they would have picked up on, and should have known it was missing adhesion promotor, which means it had been repaired. Which means whoever is inspecting their vehicles is incompetent, or they knew about it and chose to lie about it, or they did a horrible job repairing it... AND lied about it. No matter which way it goes, this has been the worst dealership I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with and you should not trust the used car experience there.
