Came in last weekend needing to get a new (used) car after an accident in December. Juan was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I was pre-approved through Capital One, but they were able to help me find other financing options at a better rate. I will say the prices are high for used cars. I know the market for used cars is different now since COVID, but the prices on 10 year old cars with over 100k miles felt a little steep. My credit and the urgency of me needing a car left me with fewer options tho, and I was very happy with how well they worked with my situation and got me into a beautiful car that runs great, is in great condition and offered to fix little things like one of the headlights being out and it needing freon for free. They also set me up with a really good aftermarket warranty. Very impressed and satisfied with the overall service and experience and even after paying more than I planned, I don’t feel ripped off at all. Definitely recommend.
