Friendly, knowledgeable, made us feel welcome and it was a very nice experience. He was voted most iconic of 2025, and he should get it for 2026. He was an excellent associate to work with. Man, come here and buy your new car. Skip the riff raff of today’s car buying climate, setup an appt, come to this location, and get you a new car. The costumer service in this Carmax does not feel real. My first time I worked with Victor and he was exceptionally knowledgeable. Now I just got my car & working with Theresa & Deidra and they are amazing. Even with me knowing a lot about the car & process they kept the process light, quick, and painless. Great work Carmax Germantown!
I had an amazing experience here. I arrived right when they opened and was helped right away. If you visit this location, definitely ask for DJ, he was fantastic. He took the time to find the best deals, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. He made sure I understood every step of the process, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his help, I was able to trade in my old car and drive away with a brand new one. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received.
People there are great and worked their magic getting me into my dream car 10th Gen Civic Si. Carla was an amazing associate who walked me through the process and her manager last night was great as well. Only complaints I have is that there was more damages to the vehicle than what was listed online. Besides that overall process was great.
