I recently purchased another vehicle from Car Corner in Memphis, and I wanted to share my experience as a returning customer. Once again, the customer service really stood out to me. The salesperson was patient, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find something that fit my budget without any pressure. They took the time to walk me through my options and made sure I understood everything about the process. I appreciate that the cars are sold as-is, and I went in with that understanding—it’s exactly what I expected for the price point. That said, I’m very happy with what I got and feel like I made a solid choice. Overall, I’m excited about my second car from them and grateful for the smooth experience. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly vehicle and straightforward service, this is definitely a place worth checking out.

Please make sure you bring a trusted mechanic because I didn’t paid down payment and all type of lights came on on day 2 of me purchasing the car. The staff here is extremely rude as if you’re not a customer as well. I asked to switch cars and was willing to pay additional on day 2 because the car has been stalling since i pulled off the lot. The doors do not lock and my whole experience was horrible. I do not and will not recommend. i was literally just on the phone to let them know my insurance was reinstated, the lady rushed me off the phone and said she needed to get the other line, email me so i can verify, rushing me as if i’m not a customer as well. i had follow up questions. not to mention, the air does not work and summer is swiftly approaching. DO NOT purchase from them. i wish i could add more but google limited it to 4. moral of the story. go somewhere else.

GROSS MISREPRESENTATION AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES ​"As the owner of the 2017 Hyundai Ioniq (VIN: KMHC75LC8HU040595), I am appalled by the state in which this vehicle was released by Car Corner. ​This car was sold as 'Run & Drive' with clear photos showing an intact vehicle. Upon pickup at 2653 Mount Moriah Rd, the following was discovered: ​Hybrid System Failure: The car has critical hybrid system errors and transmission codes that were deliberately hidden or occurred while in their possession. It is NOT functional. ​Vandalism/Damage: The windshield is smashed (it was perfect in auction photos). ​Theft of Parts: The vehicle was stripped of interior components and accessories. ​Negligence: The car was left with zero fuel (37 miles range), risking damage to the high-voltage battery system. ​The management at this location is completely unprofessional. They avoided communication with the transporter and showed zero accountability for the discrepancies between the auction listing and the actual condition. This is a clear case of consumer fraud and theft. I will be pursuing this through official legal channels and reporting this facility to the TN Motor Vehicle Commission. Buyers, beware of this location!"

Drove this Mazda 3 literally 3 times before it started rod knocking. Would’ve appreciated honesty instead of wasting my time and money. Future buyers: bring a mechanic, because appearances clearly don’t mean much.

CARRIER WARNING: DISHONEST LOT AND DAMAGED VEHICLES ​"I am a professional auto transporter, and I am writing this to warn other drivers and companies about Car Corner (2653 Mount Moriah Rd). ​I arrived to pick up a 2017 Hyundai Ioniq (Lot #44796475) that was sold as 'Run & Drive'. The experience was a disaster: ​Misrepresented Condition: The car had a smashed windshield and serious Hybrid System/Transmission errors that were NOT present in the auction photos. ​Stripped Vehicle: It was obvious that parts had been removed from the vehicle while on this lot. ​Empty Tank: They left the car with only 37 miles of range—not even a gallon of gas—making the loading process difficult and risking damage to the hybrid battery. ​Unprofessional Staff: The management was extremely shady. The person in charge was dodging me, avoiding eye contact, and refused to provide any explanation for the missing parts or the new damage. ​If you are a driver, be very careful. Document everything with photos BEFORE you touch the car, or they will try to blame you for the damage they caused. This place lacks integrity and basic professional ethics."
