I can’t begin to explain how thankful we are to Jose and the whole team there! From beginning to end nothing but a positive experience. Can’t wait to go back for another vehicle! Hands down can’t compare to friendliness the welcoming vibe and being patient with us.

I was interested in purchasing a 2023 Lexus ES 350 from Mt. Moriah. Before making the over three-hour drive to see the vehicle, I spoke with Charles, the salesperson, and specifically asked him to inspect the car for me. I asked whether it had been smoked in or had any issues, and he assured me that the vehicle was "like new" and smelled like new leather. When I arrived at the dealership, I immediately noticed a cigarette odor inside the vehicle. There were also ashes present and staining on the headliner above the driver's side window. As a result, I spent several hours and incurred travel expenses for a vehicle that was not accurately represented. Based on my experience, I would recommend having any vehicle from this dealership independently inspected and thoroughly verified before making a purchase. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed and feeling that my time was not respected.

My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. I purchased a vehicle that later developed transmission problems. After spending a significant amount of money, I was left with expensive repairs and very little assistance from the dealership. I even traded for another vehicle and invested additional money, only to experience more mechanical issues. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that customer satisfaction was not a priority after the sale. I understand that used vehicles can have problems, but I expected more transparency and support. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage buyers to have any vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before making a purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.
