Auto Universe for the win! My review is a little late, but better late than never. I was in the market for a Lexus truck for the wife, and in my search came across one that fit the ticket here at Auto Universe. After dealing with several dealerships across the lower half of the states, most dealerships came with some BS when you asked for pricing on paper. Prices would change drastically from the advertised price once you got that piece of paper sent too you. What sold me on these folks was the clarity of the quote. I asked for pricing, both financing and out the door, and I was thoroughly impressed. No BS fees added into the documentation or none of the like. Thats what sold me. I had already done my research on the vehicle and knew what I was getting into. The whole buying process was very smooth and easy, and both Tony and Mr. Sunny took very good care of my wife and I while there. We did encounter some minor braking issues after taking the vehicle and getting home with it, but Mr. Sunny took care of the situation in a very timely manner. Overall Im very pleased with the dealership and the everyone there! Look forward to possibly getting another vehicle pretty soon, and may possibly come from them as well!

I was directed to Auto Universe body/ Collision center. The moment I called to speak to a live person in regards to me bringing in my car . I knew right there and there that my Insurance Agent directed me to the right place. Mr Adam in the body shop was exceptionally, polite, very nice, professional to the core, and a perfect Gentleman with a very detailed business sense. Oh boy did he deliver? YES! My car was restored like new I could not even see any dent anymore. He went above and beyond to make sure his customer was satisfied with the service. . Mr Adam went out his way to make sure that my To,and Fro to the car rental office was secured. I can not thank this man enough. Mr Adam, restored my car and my faith in this Great Country called America. . The lights were cleaned. I never knew such exist. I thought once you buy a car that's it. My car was detailed. Thank you Mr Adam, thank you sir .God bless you in Jesus name I am highly satisfied with the outcome of my car.
