Excellent servicing. I drive for an hour to get my CRV serviced at Vern. Always a top experience. They never disappoint. Also, if you were looking to buy a car look for Istvan. He has been a great help! It's my second car through him!

On 7/13/26 while returning to Nebraska from Minnesota the engine lid underneath our 2021 CRV came loose and dragging. I was able secure up enough to get to your dealership. Your service writer Emily was very pleasant and professional. Your service department was able to re-attach it in about 1 hour and get us back on road. My wife and we very appreciative and impressed with your dealership. If I didn't live 180 miles from your dealership, I would definitely consider your dealership for my nexy Honda purchase. I took my car in today for a diagnostic to determine why the remote start wasn’t working. Rob greeted me right away, set clear expectations about the timing, and explained the possible outcomes. He let me know it would likely take all day and offered a courtesy ride home through the dealership. As it turned out, the issue was simply user error on my end. Before I even made it home, Rob contacted the driver so we could return to the dealership and get everything sorted out. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service and communication. I truly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and professionalism from everyone involved. This experience reinforced my trust in this dealership, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Vern Eide made my car repair easy and seamless. My vehicle had a flashing check engine light on a holiday weekend. When I called I spoke with Mariella who made sure I got an appointment as quickly as possible. My vehicle ended up needing to be towed over and that was handled by car insurance. Vern Eide provided updates as they received the car and diagnostic. It took a few days to fix the root cause of my problem but they took care of it. My service advisor Todd kept me updated and answered all my questions. I’ll be continuing to take my van back there for servicing.

I always go to Vern Eide for maintenance, they do a great job. I’ve had my civic for 3 years, it’s got 50k miles on it and I’ve never gone elsewhere. Shout out to Angelica Pina who helped me with my recent oil change. She is super kind. When you book maintenance look for her name as an advisor!
