Talon was absolutely fantastic to work with! We went on a spur of the moment trip to Sioux Falls from Ainsworth Nebraska and ended up coming home with our dream car!
We had an amazing experience working with Mark Janke! From the moment we walked into the dealership, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Mark. Couldn’t be happier with our overall experience!
I was very pleased and satisfied with the service I received from Billion Ram on my Ram 1500 Sport. I needed my rear brakes replaced and they were able to get me in very soon after I contacted them! Also, after calling around to multiple places for price quotes, Billion provided a very competitive price! They also completed the work in a timely manner! I will definitely use them again for my service needs.
Brought my car in for a water pump leak and given a quote back in a timely manner. When asked to check if my warranty covers it I got back a ‘not covered’ notification, however after looking into it myself and finding the parts under my contract, I called warranty and tried to get clarification on the miscommunication. They contacted the dealership back and let them know it actually was covered. These guys still gave me a good deal on the rest of the work too. As well as a fun courtesy vehicle for the weekend while waiting on repairs. I appreciate the team at Billion and my electrician Kyle for all the work to get my Jeep running smoothly again. My husband and I both own Mopar so we have come here a handful of times since moving in October and they give nothing but the best service.
They got me in quickly for an oil change and tire rotation when a family member needed my attention 3hrs away on a very hot day. I didn’t dare drive in those temps without making sure my car was in good shape. “An ounce of prevention…” and all that. The appointment was faster than expected. I really appreciate the great service.
