As a 22-year-old who had never purchased a car before, I was a little nervous, but she walked me through every step of the process and made everything easy to understand. The team at wheel city was very nice when i first walked in. Michelle was amazing at her job and what she does for people that has no vehicle, she helps them find the right car for them. I know she helped me yes i was scared at first because i didnt know if michelle would be able to help get me in a vehicle and she did. I love the car that she got me and the payments are lower then and can finally afford something that is going to drain the pocket money that i earn. Brock was awesome!!! He did everything that he could to help my husband and I find a vehicle and we truly appreciate Brock and all his help! He was welcoming and friendly.
