Purchased my new Kia Telluride back in April and it was an easy transaction. Knowledgeable sales staff and friendly as well. This weekend I returned to have my 3000 mile service done and what an experience. Dave Fahrendorf was wonderful. Greeted us at the door and showed us to the waiting room. Offered to make coffee and updated us as the service was being completed. Topped it off with a car wash and even shined up the tires. He went above though, when he told me he did a service bulletin (update) that he noticed was on my vehicle. This was a huge surprise as I was told it could t happen on a Saturday. Dave made sure it was done for us, and saved me another 4hr round trip to have this done at a later date. I now have his business card and direct line number, and will be dealing with him and Billion Kia more in the future. Thanks Dave and Billion.

Kia Billion Service Center is so good at taking care of all my car repair needs. Dave is my service guy forever! Recently my AC in my Kia Sportage wasn’t getting cold enough and I made an appointment to get it checked out. Dave found the issue, discussed the repair process, and hooked me up with a beautiful rental until the needed AC part came in. Unfortunately, during the days I had the rental, accidentally hit a pothole and blew out a front tire. The Kia Billion reception guy was so amazing and empathic. With his and Dave’s help I was able to get the car towed to their service center. I had a trip out of town planned so Dave took care of so much for me so I could relax on my vacation. By the time I got back from my vacation 5 days later, Dave had my Sportage AC repaired, my rental tire replaced, gassed up, and returned to the rental center, and arranged a ride from the airport upon my return to Billion to pick up my car. I will never go anywhere else! Having a reliable and trustworthy car repair guy means the world to me. Thank you, Dave, for always making my worries disappear. 😁

Airis is exceptional! So knowledgeable. It was very easy to visit with him. He is so patient with all our questions. The same question could be ask of him more than once and he would answer it again but in a different way which helped. Many new things since the last time we purchased a car. He took our interest to heart and that felt we could trust him. His personality is pleasant, friendly, a good listener. He worked hard for us. It was a great feeling.
