Really happy with the total experience at Law Motors. I worked with Tyler - honest and low pressure. Very helpful and held to a repair agreement even though we didn’t put it in writing. Highly recommend! I will be buying from them in the future!

I had a wonderful experience buying a Toyota Prius Prime from Tyler yesterday. Tyler was very attentive and kind, always asking great questions and giving great responses to all the questions I had. Making big purchases is hard for me, but Tyler made me feel at ease and gave me a great deal, promising to also fix a little piece on the front of the vehicle in a few weeks when I get back to Sioux Falls. Overall a great buying experience, and I would recommend this business to all of my loved ones!

After reading the reviews I was skeptical. I decided to form my own opinion. I did business with Tyler. Please understand this company sells used vehicles. They repair, clean and maintain USED vehicles. The vehicle I purchased was just that. Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I got a great deal on a vehicle that was needed for out of town work trips. Nothing fancy or expensive. Simple as that!

Hands down the worst used car buying experience we have had. I wouldn’t buy a bottle of water from Rich and this dealership if I was dying of thirst in the desert. When looking for a car for my son we told Rich and his salesman that this car was for our special needs son. Rich assured us that the car we were looking at was physically and mechanically sound and that it would last him for years. Rich said and I quote “we take care and fix anything that needs fixing before we sell”. We stated that car was probably at the ends of our budget but felt ok given Rich’s assurances the car was sound. After we bought we quickly found a coolant leak once we got home that Rich said he knew nothing about. When we took on have looked at the mechanic quickly pointed out severe rust on the frame of the pickup. The mechanic stated there was little or no chance the dealership didn’t know about the rust and he suggested we fix immediately. When I reached out to Rich It was very clear from the start he wanted nothing to do with our issue. He stated “it’s not a big deal and we could probably get fix with a welder who would charge $30/hr. “. When I shared how I felt I was deceived by his comments that the car was sound, he immediately threw the mechanic under the bus and said he probably didn’t know what he was talking about. He initially stated he would “make it right” but apparently that meant he would do nothing. He initially indicated he would pay 1/2 the labor but after he found out labor was $120/hr and not his ridiculously low estimate of $30/hr, he did NOTHING!! I guess doing nothing and conning a 16 year old with special needs is his version of “making it right”. Rich is nothing more than your stereotypical used car salesman who will do whatever it takes to make a buck off you. DO NOT TRUST !!!! Go anywhere but here!!! The last person on earth I would trust and buy from again. I honestly don’t think I have ever felt as lied to and deceived buying something as I have from Rich and Law motors
