I recently purchased a 2008 GMC Yukon Denali XL, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. Zac was the gentleman that helped me find my next family car. The customer service was outstanding. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided clear information about the vehicle’s history and features, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. There was no pressure at any point, which made the process comfortable and stress-free. Plus he has a great sense of humor which is a huge deal to me! The Yukon Denali XL itself was in great condition, exactly as described, and priced fairly. Zac ensured everything was ready to go, and the buying process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent customer service.

We bought our teenage kids a car at J & R Auto last weekend. Service was great! They were nice and there was no pressure to buy. My toddler and I hung out in the office while my husband and son went on a test drive. We had the best time with their furry Sales Manager Buster! A very patient dog! I recently purchased a used Subaru from these guy's. I did end up having a few small issues with the vehicle. When I followed up with the dealership they did an amazing job helping me resolve the issues. This was a big deal for me. I bought this vehicle as is meaning they didn't have to do anything. But they went the extra step to take care of it even though I had to take it to the Subaru dealership to get it fixed. They made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. They have my appreciation!

Should be zero stars. I asked the salesman to test drive the vehicle for me and let me know if anything was wrong with it before I drove four hours to see the vehicle. He reported that it runs great and nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Upon looking the vehicle over and checking the OBD2 codes, I found that the right front speed sensor was not functional and caused all the vehicle safety features to be disabled as well as the cruise control and multiple warning lights on the dash lit up. There were also two sets of archived codes for the same thing. This problem would likely result in needing to replace the clutch pack in the transfer case, which would end up being many thousands of dollars. It is very disappointing that they tried to conceal this. When I confronted them about them being dishonest, they said that they never saw any lights on the dash when they tried driving it. To top it all off, the doors were so misaligned that there was a lot of road noise when going down the freeway as compared to other vehicles of the same make and model that I've driven. Stay away from this dealership!

Drove 400 miles just to find they decided to take off the hitch that was on the car I was in discussion to buy (specifically so i could tow a camper) - sales guy said the reason was didn't think it was very pretty. I'm curious if they would have tried to "up sell" the exact same one they took off if I hadn't immediately called them out on it.
