I highly recommend stopping in to visit with Chauncey if you are looking for a different vehicle. He is the most nicest person, salesman I have ever dealt with. He is super nice, compassionate and most of all understanding and not a pushy salesman. My sister from Minnesota was looking for a different vehicle. She had one picked out and not being from the area Chauncey was most willing to drive it while we went on a test drive. He is very knowledgeable and when she did not really like the one she had picked out he had 2 other vehicles that he thought would work for her budget. Each time he jumped in the driver seat for the test drive. Which is very impressive if you do not know your way around the area. He explained everything to where you could understand things and he went above and beyond to help her. Also I want to acknowledge the manager and the finance person from there. I did not get names but they went above and beyond to accommodate her when she ran into a snag with her bank. The are meeting her half way between her hometown in Minnesota and Sioux Falls SD. I don't know many companies that really care about their customers to do that sort of thing. Once again if you are looking for a used vehicle you can not go wrong but getting in contact with them. Thanks again to everyone from Brother's Auto Sales for everything you did to help my sister get a different vehicle.

I had decided to bring my used SUV to Brothers to see if they would be interested in purchasing it. Since we were going down to one vehicle I thought of selling it myself because it was is very good condition. However, it seemed to be wise to check out a couple of dealers, first. I had already gotten information from one dealer and a bid. I decided to go to Brothers for another opinion. I chose Brothers because I saw that they had some really nice used cars in their lot. I called them first, to discuss the idea of selling to them. Then, since they were interested, I drove it up to their location on 12th St. When I walked in to the showroom I was greeted by Will S. I had talked to him on the phone. Essentially as we talked, I decided that Brothers would indeed find a good home for my white Mazda CX-5. I was pleased with how Will handled the whole thing and we wrapped up the sale of my SUV same day. Thanks, Will. I would highly recommend the Brothers Auto Sales.

Incredibly happy with our experience- we came in at different times in one day, so we had help from Amir, Chauncey, and Will- they all worked together to make sure we were helped. Alex was also great and welcoming. Plus we got an awesome vehicle with low miles and very well kept.
