Since i was first looking for a camaro and Joe helped me into a wayyy meaner 2019 Genesis G70 it’s never been nothing short of great when it has come to their service and overall care for their clients. They stuck by their warranty and replaced my windshield for free. Amazing company.

My wife looked for months for the Yukon she wanted with all the bells and whistles. We were willing to fly somewhere if we needed to. We lucked out and found it locally at Frankmans. James, the salesman, was very nice and patient. We had our kids with us and he was great with them. We appreciated that tremendously. The finance guy who has been there for 20+ years hit us with a high interest rate even though my wife has a very good credit score. Gave us $5000 for our 2015 gmc yukon which was way lower than what Kelly Blue Book told us, but again it was the Yukon she had been looking for, so we bit the bullet and went with it anyways. Had a not so good experience with the service department as well. I wouldn't take my vehicle to them if I didn't have to. However, we would go see James again if we were in the same position and they were the only place that had the vehicle we wanted.
