I recently purchased a brand new 2026 Outlander, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. My wife and I just purchased a Mitsubishi from Vern Eide and we were pleasantly surprised how nice of a transaction it was. After the last couple of car purchases at other dealerships we were bracing ourselves for a miserable experience full of high pressure pushy salesman that were trying to squeeze every dime out of us and didn't care about us at all. Our sales person, Hope Yount, was so wonderful and low pressure to deal with. We really felt that she cared about putting us in just the right vehicle and was not just trying to get a sale at all costs. They earned our business with very fair prices and wonderful service. We couldn't recommend them any higher!

Terry threw me a set of keys and told me to go show my wife. Bought both Mustangs. Was an issue with a window on both ( not going up all the way when we lowered the top) Terry got both vehicles in, fixed and got us a vehicle to use while they took care of our vehicles. Well done, Terry. We will be loyal customers due to how well you took care of us.

Elaina is absolutely amazing. I took my car to trade it in and expected to be there all day but it only took a couple hours. Elaina made everything so easy and provided stellar customer service. In fact it was such a great experience, I brought my oldest daughter back there to do the same thing! Again we worked with Elaina, and again our experience was magnificent. Can’t wait to bring my next oldest in next year to work with her again.

Here is another review for the service department. Came in on 7/12 for an oil change service and tire maintenance light came on. Came back on 7/15 for a bad speaker and speaker was ordered. We told the service numerous times that the tire maintenance light is on and we needed it looked at. Sometimes I feel no one is listening or cares. Now I have to bring my car in a 3rd time to replace a speaker. Just doesn’t make any sense to me. Only getting worse
