Elaina is the best! She is very understanding, She is always so happy and is always there to answer any questions you have. Vern Eide arrowhead pky is a great place to go! They’re all so respectful and there to help. Thank you for my new ride!!!
Can’t say enough good things about Vern Eide! I have had wonderful and fast service in the body shop, service, and buying four vehicles over the years. Recently I worked with Jacob Sample buying a used Nissan Pathfinder and he was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and helping me zero in on what would be the best fit for me. We started at the Acura location and ended up looking at more inventory in the Vern Eide system at the Mitsubishi lot seamlessly. I would highly recommend working with Vern Eide in Sioux Falls and Jacob!
My overall experience was very good at Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell. Ashton Munsell was helpful and professional. He guided me through all stages of the purchase of my new F150. All employees I interacted with were pleasant and helpful in making it a quick and easy purchase. Overall great experience when purchasing a new truck.
I had a wonderful experience at Mitsubishi. Jared was absolutely amazing. He was kind, respectful, patient, and truly listened to my story. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer my questions and help however he could. Customer service like that is becoming harder to find, and it deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Jared, for treating people with kindness and respect. It makes a difference, and I truly appreciate you for that!
Hands down a great dealership (Mitchell location) to work with. I totaled my car and called up Chris B. Told him what had happened and wha he could do and or had for me. He had a vehicle almost completely like the one I had, had. He told me about about we discussed all options and prices. Straight up what he said it was. Process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this dealership and absolutely ask for Chris he will not steer you wrong. Aaron in the finance was office was great too. Paperwork was quick and simple.
