Big City Motors

Just purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Big City Motors. I worked with Ryan and Howie, both are salesman. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and very easy going. Never did I feel pressured. Don was the finance guy, he made it very painless and I was in and out f his office very quickly. Not to mention, the car was a great price! Best car buying experience ever and I’ve purchased a lot of cars!

I just purchased a vehicle at Big City Motors and I have to say what a great experience. Howie was great to work with. He kept in touch. We did everything pretty much over the phone and it was pretty easy and stress free. Don was also a big help! Thank you guys again! I’m loving my new ride!

Howie was a great help in getting our vehicle. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Howie and he is very honest and helpful. Don made the purchase smooth and easy compared to larger dealerships that usually take forever to do all of the paperwork.

Bought a 2025 Corvette from Big City Motors today. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Howie (sales) was very personable and not your stereotypical salesperson who is only in it for the commission. Was advised their sales staff isn't on commission (don't know if that's a good thing or bad), but overall a great experience. We were in and out and less than 2 hours. Don (finance) was also very quick and the typical finance part of the operation (which can take an hour at other larger dealerships) took us 10 minutes. I cannot remember the owners name but he came out and introduced himself to us towards the end. All around, very personable and courteous staff, thanks again guys!!!.

I do have to take responsibility of being the naive woman walking into a car dealership, hoping to find honest salespeople there. I bought a 2016 Buick Regal, when you guys had the old location. I haven't had the car that long. Since owning it, it has been in the shop four times and I have spent almost four thousand dollars in repairs. The list of repairs is never ending. I find it unusual that all of these repairs i'm having to pay out for weren't noticed Or just not disclosed... I bought this car out right and it was the worst decision I have made. PLEASE if you buy from them, have a mechanic look over the car before purchasing!!
