On June 30,2026 I bought a 2013 Camry from Bryan Carrier at Denny Menholt Toyota in Rapid City, SD. I had never bought a car from a dealership, so I was nervous. Bryan walked this 76 year old first time buyer through the process with great patience, esp. with the newer technology I hadn't used before. I cannot recommend Bryan or his dealership any more highly. Just drop by and meet him. You will see what I'm talking about. 5 stars!!!

Bought last two vehicles from Denny Menholt Toyota in Rapid City. They have been honest, responsive, and helpful with us getting the cars we wanted. We have dealt with Dan and Mike. Our experience has been no pressure on the sale, and they worked with us to get the vehicle, color, and options we wanted. Straight forward buying process and they have stood behind their vehicles after the sale. I will continue to buy from them, and have been highly satisfied with my experiences.

My family and I broke down outside of Rapid City while on a road trip. We walked in and said we needed to make a deal right away. Dan was a huge help and worked with us to get in to a new vehicle and back on the road. Everyone was very kind and understanding and let our 3 little kids run around while we worked the deal. They were a huge help in a sticky situation.

absolute trash of a dealership had a window sign that said $10,000 off and 0% financing. I confirmed the deal several times before having them run my credit. with All-Star credit was approved right before the deal was done. they told me it was a mistake and was 0% or $10,000 not both. they knew I didn't want to run my credit until everything was confirmed. about a year later I asked the sales guy if he can sell me a car from their other dealership across the street to see if you can give me a good deal kinds told him what I was looking at and what to spend. he replied with the sales manager is not going to give you a good deal just because you got screwed on your last one. All star customer service there. luckily I found the same vehicle in a neighboring state with the deal I wanted. and just purchased another Toyota never even stepped foot in Denny Menholt. also there service department isnt much better.
