It was a great experience from the get-go. Nick was very helpful, very kind and I feel he went above and beyond for me. It took a little while for the paperwork part of it but that was just technical issues. While I waited I was very well taken care of! I really love my new car!

They fixed what needed attention, explained everything clearly, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work. The staff was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the entire visit took less than three hours. The waiting area was comfortable and even had complimentary water and snacks. I had an emergency traveling thru SD. I was luckily towed to Denny Menholt. I know that name from MT. Dillon was amazing. He expedited the part order and got me fixed up in 2 days. Mike, my driver, is such a great gentleman. My experience was amazing! I thank everyone involved. Keep it up team!

Traveling and had an overnight stay in rapid city. Our new van oil light change came on. We called late in the afternoon and they got us in the next morning and we were headed on our way. Very dog friendly too.
