Always my goto for oil and diesel filter changes in rapid city area. Never a unfriendly face. Will continue to give them my business. Roughly a 2 hour wait ain't too bad, there oil bays are bus, but at least they provided soda, coffee, popcorn and big screen TV in waiting room. Large bay windows so you can look out on repair bays. But as Ford CEO said recently, we can fix your car theres a lack of mechanics. True as I observed nobody was working on the full repair bay. Go to discount tire and watch those guys hustle.

Forrest McDermott was easy to work with and I appreciated his candor in discussing the vehicle I purchased. He is a great salesperson to work with and I highly recommend him for his professionalism and personality. I give him 5 stars through the process. I am a bit less convinced about the Gold Program that McKie Ford seems to push related to extended warranty as I have never been a fan of that. It increased my loan and made my payments higher and so I decrease that part to 4 stars or slightly less. This could change if the Gold extended warranty program becomes necessary and delivers as I was told it would. Hans

Stephanie made it as stress free as humanly possible! So clear, patient, and thorough. Brandon was the sales rep, who allows their products sell themselves. You don’t feel pressured or pushed… if anything, he ensure I was completely informed on what I was purchasing and made sure I felt confidence in the vehicle I’ll be owning. Highly recommended!!!
