Denny Menholt Chevrolet made us feel right at home! The staff was all so helpful and spent so much time with our family making sure that we picked the right vehicle. Jason and Chad specifically were so GREAT, they made sure we left the dealership with something we were satisfied with and they greeted us with open arms! Melanie was awesome! she was very informative and kind. Unfortunately, I paid $1400 to replace my brake pads and rotors only to NOT have my brake reader on the odometer reset. If im paying $90+ for labor, I would expect the basic odometer to be reset showing my brake pads have 100% life. I also did not like the fact I was forced to replace my rotors (even if they didnt need to be replaced) because of your business' policy. (not all chevy services enforce such a rule)

My experience was terrible at Denny Menholt Chevrolet. I bought a 2026 Chevy Trailblazer. My salesman Will S. sat in back vehicle why I test drove it. He didn't give me details how basic vehicle was, no vents in back no chargers, no cup holders. He just told me everything I wanted hear. I wouldn't bought it if I known that. I trusted in him and paid consequences. not a good salesman to do that. I figured it has a electric start should have everything else absolutely not. Never seen such basic car. But I'm disappointed and had go thru another dealership to trade and lost money. Chevy did me wrong and I won't go back. A salesman should know to tell me everything about car and not pressure into buying. All he says is theres alot room in back. Ridiculous that is. After I bought it and left the dealership, the person came with me was following me and realized there was a dent back end car, i turned around went back to dealership. They didn't know what happened. Blamed it on workers cleaning car. I have been a loyal customer many times there until now. I would got more updated car in first place.
