My daughter bought a Tahoe from Jameson. The next day (a Saturday) there was an issue with the car. I notified Jameson and he said he would make sure the issue was fixed BUT we had to wait Monday as his mechanic was not in until then. I was hesitant as I don't trust car salesman. Monday came along and as promised the issue was corrected. I would definitely recommend Jameson. He was a man of his word and that means alot as my daughter has 2 young kids and needed a reliable car.

I visited this dealership while searching for a vehicle, and Brandon Jackson was incredibly professional and helpful. I never felt pressured or rushed at any point. While I found two vehicles that caught my eye, we ultimately couldn’t reach a financial agreement after my mechanic inspected them and identified a few issues. Even though I didn't make a purchase this time, I would definitely return in the future and would recommend to give them a try based on my experience.

Paula and Jameson were super helpful and great to work with. The car is outstanding, would highly recommend. Updated: I told them many times the taxes/ tags needed to be added to the paperwork. (There was a conversation about active duty ad valorem exemption. I said that was not exempt at the time of sale and needed to be paid with the loan. ) They never added it or paid them. It took a month for them to send the paperwork in too, so we ended up having to pay it all out of pocket with a late fee to get our plates. Yes, my husband missed that it was not there when he signed the paperwork, and should have double checked. The dealership also should have added it like I said it needed to be. I do not recommend working with Jameson any longer.

Bought a truck a few months ago and was lied to about a check engine light that I was told was just a “stored code” and they couldn’t remove it for some reason. Fast forward to today I have been dumping money into it trying to fix the problem myself. After weeks of trying to get in contact and empty promises to help me figure out what’s going on I am now sitting with a misfiring truck that won’t even start now. When I last finally got a hold of them they acted like they had no idea they sold it to me with a check engine light on. Highly recommend to stay away from this dealership.
