Northwoods automotive, especially Darrell and Alex makes car buying a Truly honest and easy experience they were completely honest with me throughout the whole process. They allowed me to Test drive the vehicle and take it to my own mechanic before purchasing. They even rest assured me that all of their vehicles went through service whenever they got them before they put them up for sale. I have recommended many people to this place. This was my first time dealing with them personally, however, and I truly loved it. They are family oriented, and they treat everyone like as if they were family. I will not be going anywhere else.

I would definitely recommend them, especially to young people looking to purchase a reliable vehicle without breaking the bank. The biggest joke of an establishment I've every experienced. The lady who answers the phone is rude the minute you try to explain anything. $5000 down (car got repossessed after 4m) and now I'm facing getting my license suspended because the tags and taxes were never paid when purchasing? (Literally over a year later!!) What did the $5000 go to? Do not waste your time. Also when purchasing was told that the vehicle was good to go. I didn't even get the car home and the check engine light turned on. The headlights didn't work. Tried to get someone from maintenance to call me.....waited forever and ended up just fixing them myself. So unless you want poor communication, attitude, and issues later on down the road with your license....just go elsewhere. It's really not worth it.

I think I did a review on this lot about 2 months ago. THOUGHT we were getting a good deal. Sold sweet lies. Bought a car from this place and came determined and ready to purchase. Car straight from the shop inspections. Sounds legit right? WRONG! 2 weeks after getting car, transmission malfunction, we call them they tow to the shop and we had to stay on them just to get the ball rolling. Eventually my husband had to show his face to get them to print the check to take to the shop to start the work. finally get the car back and 2 weeks later same issue. we call we text (messages all saved) and no response until we show up in person and told sweet lies again. we were told that they would come tow the car from our house to take to the shop. we left and called and text to see when this would happen. still nothing. here we are car still acting up and still not towed to the shop so we finally text to say we no longer want it and put it on the side of our street telling them to come get it . low and behold .. a response !!! It’s sad and crazy because we were actually referring people here, but gladly told them not to waste their time !!!! We really trusted y’all Darryl and Taylor but fortunate enough, we went elsewhere and now have a new RELIABLE car !!!
