I love my new Ford Focus!!!! Each member of this team is attentive and honest with me. It took a good bit of paperwork to get things confirmed and to take my car home but it was worth it. It is a little pricey but you have to start somewhere and why not start with a 2018 Ford Focus. It makes me happy that they report to credit to help you build credit. My experience with each member of this auto sales company was SUPERB!! Randy was patient and kind and stayed with me through the entire purchasing process as we started out at the Augusta Rd location and finalized at the Decker store location. The Boyds were also very customer service oriented and I felt like I received a good deal for my purchase. Was going in to buy a Hyndai Accent. Waited for over an hour. Nobody there to sell the car. Went to another lot, and bought a different one. I had called the day before to make sure someone was going to be there, and to check the price. Had the funds. Can't expect to do business if you have nobody to sell cars.
I was Broken Car Dealers, SCAM. Shortly after purchase it was proven by 2 certified repair shops 1st & 2nd opions that THEY SOLD ME A BROKEN CAR. Then use the warranty they sold me to get it repaired BUT the multiple problem were not address. The repair was incomplete by far and I still have an unsafe car.
