I recently purchased a Ford truck from Robert (Rad). My experience with PC was excellent! I actually stopped to look at the truck a couple of times before deciding to test drive it , in fear of the usual high pressure sales tactics often employed by the smaller car sales lots. I could have never been more wrong! The staff was super friendly and very helpful with any questions that arose. Very knowledgeable about the working mechanics of vehicles(pretty impressive for a salesman). I test drove the truck and before I could return to the dealership I had already decided to purchase it. The truck actually looked closer to new than used! Robert made the purchase process uber easy & simple. Couldn’t have been happier with my new truck and with the staff of Palmetto Cars! So if you are looking for a great reliable car or truck, you had better go see Palmetto Cars of Columbia! Especially Robert(Rad) you’ll be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable and friendly guy…and not a shabby guitarist either ( caught him on his lunch hour)!

While looking for a car for my son. I came upon Palmetto Cars on cargurus.com. I messaged them and the response was fast and they were not pushy at all. I made an appointment to see the car we liked. Robert, the salesman, was polite, put the dealer tag on threw me the keys said take it for a test drive.... take it on the interstate. We didn't. The car seemed great. I bought it. Before we made it halfway home a light popped up. I called him immediately. The car seemed to be okay... but I was annoyed. We took the car back to him the next day. He called a couple days later. I got some bad news and good. Bad news the car needed a new turbo. I was really annoyed now. But then then the good news. Palmetto cars is gonna cover it. WOW!!!! It's been about a month now and the car runs great. I'm endorsing Palmetto Cars and saying if your in the market for a car. Go see Robert and CJ. They're good people with a good business. 5 stars and highly recommend.

Great selection of cars!! The salesman Robert does not rush you or make you feel pressured. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles that they're selling any questions Robert had an answer for it immediately. Made us feel like a customer not a sale!!!! I would recommend to anyone!!!

Amazing service and they have a wide variety of quality vehicles. Rad was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service. He really took his time to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I'll be back and I'll refer everyone to Rad. Thank you!

It pains me to do this but the dealership themselves aren't terrible guys. Small dealer, straight forward on their cars but whatever shop they use to check these cars out is terrible. Small things you would think a mechanic shop would do or check before a dealer would put a car up for sell you check the carfax see they haven't changed or checked the motor oil or the transmission oil, I've had the truck two weeks and the wiper blades are tore to shreds, they put new tires on and didn't even balance them. Again decent dealership but their partnership with whatever shop is going to bring them down
