Knowledgeable, welcoming, caring, friendly, understanding and helpful are a few words to describe the staff at “VIP motors” from the top all the way down to the mechanic. My family and I were in need of a new vehicle, specifically a mini van. Sometimes the thought of buying a used car can be daunting. HOWEVER, I never felt more at ease and at peace than the experience I had a VIP motors. The onsite mechanics were extremely open, honest and helpful. I asked over a million questions”what if” questions and received an answer. My family and I were allowed to test drive the vehicle and any minor concerns, which weren’t really concerns were immediately addressed. I have bought cars in the past ranging from brand new to used and always second guessed myself or regretted it afterwards. HOWEVER after buying my family vehicle here, my heart is extremely content I feel confident, extremely please and proud of my vehicle. I can’t stop bragging about it. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM ANY OTHER PLACE OTHER THAN HERE AND I HAVE ALREADY SUGGESTED TO SEVERAL PEOPLE TO GO HERE. speaks sweet, buttery. All the mechanical issues I listed was there since the first day . And I mentioned that within a week. You tested the car and said it's good. But PROFICINAL MECHANICH DISCOVERED WHERE THE CLICK/ the damages IS COMING FROM. When I put a brand new tire set. I DID NOT ASK YOU FOR HELP I PAID THE PRICE AS IT WAS ON THE CAR 9999. Front windew if I paid that much .it does not make a sense to tell you if I have hardship! You got your money fully. Cash money In 2 checks. You have a business to make money. May be you are giving breaks/help or discount to your advocate who bring the customers to you. Or you donate food to get exempt taxes letter. People are not stupid. Changing BREAKS,ROTORS,TIRES, WINDSHIELD WIPERS BLADS, AND OTHER PARTS ...ARE TEAR & WEAR PARTS ANY car owner must change them periodically. This is will known all over the world. I grow up in a family has CARS, in Egypt & UAE . From generation to generation. The governor used to send his privet car to bring my uncle whenever the Governor needs an Islamic opinion ! SOME YEARS AGO. (Peuogeot, Fiat, Lada, Mazda, Honda, Mitsubishi) That till the year 1983. After that we shifted to Volvo,BMW,and MERCEDES Bens cars. IN THE YEAR 1971 MY father's car had a full phone service Meaning we knew cars!. I didn't ask for any discounts. I have dignity. I don't ask for any materil I didn't check the car . Because I had more important issues to foucs on. I left the deal to be handled b by your advocat/ the preacher. Because at that time I was Blind. I put trust in the wrong people. before I move the car from the dealership lot. the AC, was not working , I told you , you said because the car was sitting for awhile AND THE 4 TIRES have no tred. I had to change. ONE MORE THING IS ONE OF YOUR PARTNER REFUSED TO ADD COALANT . THE RESERVOIR WAS totally EMPTY. YOU ASIGNED HIM TO HANDLE THE CAR AS YOU WAS DOING THE PAPERWOK. THE DISCOUNT WAS $200.00 I didn't ask for it . And its NO THING compair to selling a car. You forgot to MENTION THAT THE WINDSHIELD MOTORS, FRONT& BACK WAS DAMAGED. You changed the FRONT BREAKE,& THE BATATY HOLDER YOU CHARGED ME ABOUT $140. I GAVE THE MONEY AT THAT TIME TO YOUR ADVOCATE IN CASH money. Inside the mousqe. still buying used cars are buying other people's Headache. I know that but I did not expect ALL OF THAT MUCH problems at early beginning. I DONT THINK THAT ANY ONE will buy a car with no AC or no Breaks. You hold the car with you for one month, to fix the AC. NEW AC DELIVERED WITHON 10 DAYS NOT ONE MONTH. I spend about $7000 ( parts & laber) Over the selling Price $ 10500 cash & No warranty. Your advocate/ preacher said if something wrong they will fix it. I had to change many parts. Changing breaks, Tires, CV axial both sides, Front & rear Breaks ,& Rotors ,windshield water pump , wipers blades, NO Spair tire, No tire's tools , changed shocks & Struts front & rear... And still the list going on,.. electricl. I didn't check the car when I bought it because I put trust in the deal. With what suppose to be Honest preacher. Which I SHOULD NOT. After I paid the price in cash , before I drive the car from the dealer parking lot I discovered that the AC is NOT working, the dealer said because the car was sitting for awhile , I went along with him , but I know it's not true conclusion. aftet a day I brought the car back, the dealer had it for complete one month. I had to rent a Kia,soul car from the preacher for $500..no insurance . It's better to have a peace of mind and buy a new car. To be safe.to avoid life disturbance. After that, the car completely stopped on the road .I had to towning it . Because the battery dead, and it's wire was loss. And the holder was broken. Too much stress. I don't know what will happen next, unresting mind.. There is NO thing called dependant/ reliable or trusted USED CAR. Everyone knows that. Unless the buyer knows the seller very well. I never bought a used car . This time I had no choice . As Life is ups & downs. It's buying other people's Headache. Be careful out there. Relax BUY NEW.
