This is the third car we’ve purchased from Luxury cars of Lexington. Tony and Lamar knew we needed this as soon as possible. Rates are high nationally but Tony was able to secure us with a great APR and minimal paperwork. They treat us like family every time we show up. This time was little more stressful for us as we’ve had a severe illness in our family. They were compassionate and worked diligently to help us. I drove off the lot with a safe, clean, reliable vehicle that day. They are honest, no pressure and professional. Our family loves Luxury cars of Lexington!

We needed a car fast after ours was totaled in an accident. We knew what we wanted. Tony and his staff did not try to dissuade us from our choice, as we've experienced in other car dealerships. He spent quite a bit of time with us, no rush decisions here. He helped with warranty issues as well. We got our 2017 Honda Accord EX-L exactly as we wanted it with ALL of the options we asked for. Honestly, I thought it was brand new! It was a wonderful experience all around! It was well worth the 90-minute drive from our house. I highly recommend speaking to the crew at Luxury Cars of Lexington. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at their professionalism, courtesy and honesty. I do not recommend doing business with this place at all. The attitudes of these people are very disgusting. Once they have your money and paperwork is signed their attitude will change completely for the worse . They gave us one date to make the payment The paperwork said another day when they thought they wasn’t going to get their money. They assaulted my 18-year-old son and held him up there from 10 AM in the morning until 4 PM in the afternoon. I had to drive two hours to go up there because my son was not safe there alone at this place Tony constantly came in my sons face yelling at him, trying to provoke him to do something that will get him in trouble.They were all in his face arguing with him and that’s very unprofessional. I never seen anything like it This place is ridiculous. They allow my son to leave with the vehicle after holding him there for the whole day when I said that I was coming up there myself they let him go, Because to hear all that was going on over the phone and I wasn’t there to protect my son really hurt my feelings to know that my son went through that. when I got there, I had my small babies with me and the so-called manager Lamar came from behind his desk and approached me, upset and angry because I said that I was going to leave an honest review about what took place at this business. We put a $10,000 deposit down on this vehicle Over 45 days ago and they gave us a 45 day paper tag now that tag is out out of date and I know they purposely did not complete the paperwork for us to receive the hard tag I called them about it and like always they have a very nasty attitude. He told me even if the tag is out of date keep driving it and the cops won’t do anything about it because the tag is coming . I went to the DMV and she told me “that is not true Why would he even tell you to keep driving that vehicle” And that I will get a ticket if I do. And now I am calling luxury cars of Lexington and they refuse to answer the phone for me. Now my vehicle is parked and I can’t drive it . I just put $10,000 down on a vehicle that has to stay parked due to them not doing what they were supposed to do.Mark, Lamar, Tony, and a couple other employees all claim to be managers in one tiny building and the way they handle things is extremely messy.
