Decent car at a decent price. We did not try to negotiate other than ask for dealer inspection items to be replaced. We worked with Sean on our purchase. He was very helpful and communicative until car was loaded on trailer for shipment. Purchase agreement listed replacement of air/cabin/hybrid filter + replacement of cracked windshield washer reservoir. Only air/cabin filter was replaced. Sean said he would make it right then completely ghosted any further communication. Super unprofessional method of dealing with an easy fix purchase contract line item. We were lucky that issue was not a larger one as this dealer will not respectfully honor its contract terms. Shop elsewhere

So bought a truck from these guys first week of April, mechanically it is perfect and I can’t fault that. However I bought the car and after driving it I got home to clean it as it wasn’t very clean inside and I noticed beg bugs everywhere. I give them a call and they asked me to take it to them for a clean and bug bomb. I took it to them waited 3 hours and at the end it looked like they didn’t even do anything other then a very quick vacuum. So I then had a professional clean the car which they did cover the price for. However there was still some beg bugs deep inside the seats so I had to get a professional pest control guy to come out to fix that issue. Which Hyatt cars refuse to pay for as I didn’t take it back to them to do even though the bug bomb they said they would do will not kill bed bugs on a mass infestation. Other than that they were okay to deal with and the truck is perfect. Would have giving them 5 stars if they reimbursed for the pest control.
