Stephen was great to deal with! Bought my second truck from him. I’d still be driving the first one if it wasn’t for idiot drivers. Super easy and honest people great father and son team!
I went to the dealership yesterday looking for a cheap truck to junk cars with. While I didn't buy anything yesterday I will be not in the not too distant future and it will definitely be from him. I see some negative comments on here... A few of them in particular really made me laughand shows these are definitely not business people. For the people who complained that he doesn't run right out when you get there I want to point out you're the same people who complain when a salesman runs out to you. Please remember that this is a young kid running a business by himself and he's doing an amazing job. But I could tell he is very hands on with everything so you can't really get upset when you show up somewhere and the owners in the middle of something. I walked in and he was on the phone but put the person on hold and asked and when I told him he quickly pointed out what he add and then told me he'd be out in a few minutes. I grew up in this business as well just like he did and you can't please everybody. I think I should point out that I've been dealing with his dad since I was a little kid buying dirt bikes and quads that his dad would have it his own car dealership. If this kid is anything like his dad I can assure you you have nothing to worry about buying from this kid. His dad is a stand-up man and I'm sure he raised his son to be just the same. So please before you write a stupid comment or a negative comment understand that he's trying to get a business going and putting in a lot of work at it so cut him a break. I will give you a couple of pieces of advice..... Go to Cumberland farms and get a cup of coffee and walk around the yard and enjoy yourself looking at vehicles without somebody trying to hold your hand. And perhaps make an appointment to come down and look at what your interested in and I'm sure he will give you his undivided attention that way. But please cut him some slack because I could tell he is a genuine good kid who was just trying to make some money while saving people money at the same time because his prices were a lot better than I've seen at other places. As I know a lot of you are going to say that he is a friend of mine.... I had no idea who he was until yesterday when I realized who is dad was so I am not writing this review for a friend. But I am writing this review for a young kid who's trying to start out and I'm sure if you give him a couple of minutes as I did you will find out that you're going to be treated right. Thank you for the pleasant experience yesterday. I'll definitely be coming to see you when I am ready to grab the truck. Just figuring out the route I want to take.
Had a great experience with Steven's auto sales! Jacob who works there was very laid back and made my whole truck buying experience very low stress and low pressure. Ended up purchasing a 2017 chevy silverado from them and I have been absolutely loving it so far! I was happy with what I paid for the truck too. I would reccomend them to anybody looking to buy themselves a new vehicle!
I can’t say enough good things about Steve and his father. I’ve been doing business with them for a very long time and last Friday I went up and bought two trucks absolutely fantastic. Decided I wanted to get a couple of more that he had on the Lock and I had asked him if he would meet me early Monday morning, which was a holiday memorial day he was there at 8 o’clock sharp. I just can’t say enough about Steve and All his vehicles, especially the trucks it Amazes me how good of shape these trucks are in and how low miles they are especially the diesel to find a diesel truck with well under 200,000 miles that have no blow by no overheating issues is unheard of. I’ve been doing this for years and I’m so happy that I’ve met them a few years back and I do business the only place I buy my vehicle.
First off let me say I've been an automotive technician for over 23 years and I've seen a lot of good and bad work on vehicles over those years. This situation was bad enough that I had to write a review about this dealer. My customer came to me at the end of October '25 with a 2004 f250 with a 6.0 diesel. The truck was purchased from the above dealer at the end of August. It was bought as is with no warranty, which she explained to me she understood. The truck had a few things wrong with it that she noticed but as I discovered there were more than just a few things wrong. First and foremost the truck shot coolant out between the block and the cylinder heads under boost which in all of my years working on these trucks I have honestly never seen. The truck had been studded and tuned and deleted, but that was just the beginning. Besides the improper head gasket repair, the driver's seat belt was cut halfway through, the rear shocks did nothing at all and we're just along for the ride, the pitman arm was literally falling off the steering box and the track bar bushings were so bad the truck wouldn't go straight no matter the position of the steering wheel. I'm amazed that this vehicle was honestly put on the lot to be sold by a business that has a dealer's license. Besides all the things I found wrong once I started to actually repair the head gaskets the idea that a safety inspection was either not done or not done properly is mind blowing. If this was a private sale I could completely disregard most of the things I found but the fact it was put for sale by a business is just irresponsible. While doing the head gasket repair I found the battery cable ends to be less than poor, the fan shroud was not only improper for a diesel engine because it belongs on a gas engine but it was also too short and broken. The clutch fan looked like had been taken off with an ax, the shifter cable was glued back into its bracket because the plastic fasteners had been broken. After removing the cylinder heads I found the dowel pins that center the heads on the block to be crushed because they were improperly installed. There were more than a fair share of SAE bolts installed in areas where there were supposed to be metric fasteners, the threaded holes on The rocker boxes that the valve covers then bolt to were damaged and stripped, and some fasteners were completely missing. I found both the engine block surface and the cylinder head surface to be improperly prepped for the head gasket which led to the failure. There was so much wrong with this truck that I don't know why it was even put on the lot for sale. My customer paid book value for the truck and was assured by the dealer that it was " bulletproofed. After inspecting the truck for the customers initial complaints and coming back with a two-page list of all the things wrong she nearly broke down in tears knowing how expensive it was going to be. I am now writing this review because I have recently finished all the work on the truck. It's sat here since the above date until they could get enough money together to pay for the job. I am absolutely disgusted the fact that this happened. I had offered my services to my customer to go and inspect the vehicle before she purchased it but the dealer was unwilling to meet on a weekend even after the dealer was offered a down payment on the truck. Had I known it was going to be this bad I would have taken a day off from my job to avoid this entire headache. All in all if I could give this dealership less than one star I would, this type of bad work only leads to good dealerships getting a bad name and good technicians having to work harder for honest people. Whatever you do if you get a vehicle from this dealership have it inspected by a reputable technician before you put any money down and if the dealership refuses to meet with you to do that walk away there is another truck that'll probably be better and your money will be better spent somewhere else.
