Great experience with them. Purchased our Countryman there. Any time I needed service Darrell and the service department would get me in and out in a reasonable time.

So I found a used Infiniti Q60 that I wanted to test drive and take a look at. It took about a hour for me to drive to this location where the car was. I made it clear I was very interested and I wanted to buy the car. The salesman was great and we went for a nice test drive. The sales manager seemed nice at first. Literally he went back and forth to his managers office 4 times supposedly with his bait and switch tactics. The difference of about $3000 was what we could not agree upon. Finally after all the haggling I put a $1000 down payment on the car. I was cleaning out my car and getting ready to take possession of my new car and someone who said he was the finance manager came out and said that I would have to do their financing plan. This is not what we agreed upon. I was done. At this time I had spent over 3 hours here and was done playing games. I put my stuff back in my car and left. It then took me several days to get my deposit back and which was very sketchy. I’ve been a manager for years and the lack of customer service and communication between your staff is horrendous. You just lost a customer for life.
