YCMOTORS LLC

My friend referred me to YCMotors and I appreciate the great customer service they offered. They made my buying process easy and quick, if you want to avoid dealing with salesman who just want to make money off of you, stop by YCMotors.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from this dealership in Salem, Oregon, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. This was one of the easiest and most straightforward dealerships I've ever dealt with. The staff was incredibly honest, friendly, and genuinely took care of us throughout the entire process. They offered the best prices in town, which was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hassle-free car buying experience. Will definitely return for future purchases!

Great service honestly! Has very good communication, she talks both languages Spanish and English.I hope some of my friends/family come and buy cars from here one day!!

Miguel was helpful while showing us the car and making the deal with him. He was responsive to calls and very nice while showing us the car. However unfortunately about 5ish days later, the check engine light came on and the next day our car failed and completely caught on fire while my wife and two very very young toddlers were on a drive. It was scary for all of us. The owner Yasmin has not been any help during the insurance claim process and has not cooperated with sending us physical documents needed in order for insurance to move forward with paying us out for a new car. She has cut off communication while trying to explain what we need and not been the kindest.

Reposting this since my review was deleted some how. We had the biggest nightmare of our lives after buying from this dealer. 5 days after we bought the car, a check engine light came on and the car completely caught on fire on the side of the freeway. I had a baby and a toddler with me trying to rip them out of the car quickly while recovering from surgery on my abdomen, it was the worst day ever. After the incident, we needed extra documents from this dealer in order to be paid out from insurance and YC Motors did not cooperate nor agree to mail in those documents, leaving me without a car for a longer time. We came to find out there is a class action associated with the VIN. Miguel, the owners dad was very helpful and kind when buying it. But when we really needed the owners help, Yasmin, she left us screwed over.
