This is one of the best used car dealerships in Salem. Good selection of vehicles and prices are fair and clearly posted. The two associates I worked with were helpful and friendly. They made the process of taking a close look at the car and test driving it a user friendly experience. Most people shopping in the $5k and up range to $10k-$15k should be able to find a good quality used car here.

Excellent place to shop and an even better place to buy. No pressure. That's the best thing. Other places tried to fit me into what they had, even if it wasn't what I wanted. I seen a VW beetle online. To be honest I was a bit nervous going in as I read some not so favoring reviews. This was not our case! We were greeted by a friendly not overly friendly or pushy gentleman. He showed us the car we came to look at. Answered all my questions, looked up information he wasn’t sure about. The buying process was extremely easy. Asked me a few basic questions did his part came back with what I needed and we completely purchased the vehicle with financing in an hour. Everyone was friendly! The process was easy. Would I recommend them YES, would I go back to them in the future YES. Thank you for such a great experience purchasing our daughter a new to her car.

I had an extremely good experience here. Everyone was really friendly and though smaller, the whole vibe of the lot feels like a family run environment. Our salesman Thomas was easy to work with and had great communication, he even went above and beyond in retrieving something important I left in my old vehicle after we’d already left. He mailed it directly to my house and I will always be grateful for that kindness 😊. The sales process was extremely fast - I don’t even think I was there a whole hour! Got financing through my credit union which made me feel secure, and the trade in process was also fast and easy, not to mention very fair. I searched everywhere for this car, and I’m SO glad I ended up going with Dave Morton!
