Very excellent experience! I originally was car shopping for another family member and it turned out that we both bought vehicles the same day! The whole process was easy and quick! I also had them repaint my vehicle too as part of the deal and the turnaround time was fast! I purchased a used 2011 BMW 535i from Quality Grand Turismo Auto Center, and less than a month later the car completely failed while I was driving on the highway. The engine suddenly shut off, the steering became extremely difficult, and I had to pull over because the vehicle was no longer drivable. At that point I had only driven the vehicle about 700 miles since purchasing it. After diagnosing the problem, it turned out the low-pressure fuel pump had failed. The car would crank but would not start and showed drivetrain and fuel system malfunction warnings. I ended up having to pay $1,000 out of pocket just to replace the fuel pump and make the car drivable again — only 21 days after purchasing the vehicle. What made the situation even more frustrating was how the dealership handled it. I contacted them multiple times trying to discuss the issue. Each time I was told I would receive a call back, but no one ever did. After several attempts to reach them, I was eventually told they would not help me at all. I understand that used cars are often sold “as-is,” but having a vehicle become completely undrivable after only 700 miles and less than three weeks of ownership, and then receiving no assistance whatsoever from the dealership, is extremely disappointing. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue directly with them before writing this review. Buyers should be very cautious and make sure they have any vehicle from this dealership thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing.
